Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

• Use semantic HTML with clear headings and landmarks.
• Make every interactive element usable with a keyboard, with visible focus states.
• Keep text contrast readable and allow text to be resized.
• Respect your device’s reduced-motion setting by turning off animations.
• Label form fields and show clear error messages.

Known limitations

• The embedded booking calendar is provided by a third party, and some parts of it may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If you have trouble booking, contact us and we will book for you.
• Some older parts of the site may still be improved as we update them.
